i’m lucas carter. based out of durham, nc, i work as a software developer on backend APIs and applied AI. i graduated from duke university with a bachelor’s of science in computer science, and minors in french and linguistics.
i’ve been making videos for as long as i can remember. capturing footage and then editing it to tell a story, to convey an emotion, is a process i’ve fallen deeply in love with over the years, and is a continued passion of mine.
i try to have no niche for what i film. i’m open to any and all forms of video, whether that’s a travel vlog, a music video, a creative edit, or a product demo. the journey is the destination.
